Lawyer Faisal Al Qassim holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Criminal Justice from the United States and a Bachelor’s degree in Law, complemented by a Diploma in Military Sciences from the Dubai Police Academy.
With over twenty years of service in the Dubai Police, he advanced to the rank of Colonel, during which he held various administrative roles, significantly contributing to the development of the departments he led.
His positions included Director of the Quality Department in Penal and Correctional Institutions, Duty Officer at Dubai Airports Security, and Director of the Traffic Institute, where he was a key figure in establishing the Traffic Institute Administration.
He also served in the General Department of Criminal Investigations and concluded his police career as Director of the Media Department, acting as the official spokesperson for the Dubai Police General Command. Beyond his police and military career,
has made substantial contributions to media. He worked as a sports commentator and TV presenter across four different channels and served as the former director of the BeIN Sports office in the Emirates. His expertise led him to the role of Director of the Football Company at Al Nasr Club, the oldest club in the UAE, where he enhanced the club’s prominence.
Al Qassim’s media experience includes roles with prominent channels such as BEIN Sports, Al Jazeera, Abu Dhabi Sports, Dubai Channel, and Sharjah TV, where he worked as a reporter, broadcaster, and commentator. Notably, he provided exclusive voice commentary for Diego Maradona’s retirement match in the Middle East.
